About TrustXP
We started as engineers, not as a trading house. We do not own the plants we build in — we qualify them, and we stand on the floor with them. That is the difference you feel when something goes wrong at three in the morning on a production run: the person who answers designed the board.
What we are
Most hardware companies choose: a design studio that cannot make anything, or a factory that cannot design anything. We do the engineering ourselves and run production through partner plants we have qualified — so there is one party answerable for the whole thing.
That matters for one practical reason. We choose the plant, qualify it, and put our own quality people on its floor — so the design accounts for what that line can actually hold, and there is nobody for it to be handed off to.

Where we are
Production is placed where it makes sense for the product, the volume and the market you are selling into — not wherever we happen to have a building.

Who you work with
Leadership, product design, mechanical, electronic and electrical engineering, reliability and compliance, supplier quality, automation and tooling — across five countries.

+7How we work

Incoming inspection, in-line checks and end-of-line test. Supplier quality is a named job here, held by two people.

Gate reviews you attend, with the data in front of you. No progress reports written to reassure.

Documentation, tooling and the bill of materials are yours. If you leave, you leave with a manufacturable product.
Clients visit. If you are in Shanghai, or planning to be, we will show you the floor.
